Safety Tags are to identify temporary hazard until that hazard is eliminated or hazardous operation is complete. They comply in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. Strong and durable 15-mil thick plastic is for industrial environments. Resists chemicals, tears, and abrasions, plus withstands dirt and grease. Writable surface is mar-resistant. 3/8" top hole with reinforced brass grommet to prevent pull off up to 50-lb strength.
