Delivery costs for all shipments are paid by the Buyer. Oversized and freight transportation are subject to additional payment. TT LIQUID reserves the right to charge shipping and handling fees, including, without limitation, small order fee, expedited or special handling fees.
A deposit for shipping costs may be collected during the checkout. The final shipping cost will be determined prior to shipping out the goods and the difference will be returned to your Credit Card.
Delivery time. We process all orders during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:00pm EST). Items that are in stock are usually shipped the same or next day. Non-stock items usually ship within 7-10 business days.
Delivery address accuracy. In order to ship your package you must provide a full and accurate delivery address, including Postal Code. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in shipments being delayed or returned. TT Liquid is not responsible for additional costs or delays resulting from shipments with incorrect addresses.
Damaged shipments. Damaged, lost or incomplete shipments should be reported to us immediately so that we can resend the item and/or file a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please do not accept packages that are clearly open or damaged. Store damaged goods and containers exactly as they were delivered. Please check the contents for any damage before accepting them. Report the damage directly to the courier. All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery methods. We ship most orders via Purolator ground or Canada Post, but reserve the right to change couriers at any time. Products of different sizes and weights may be shipped separately by different methods, even if they are ordered together.
Online Pricing Discrepancies. In the event of a discrepancy between the prices on the website and the prices in the store, the store price will always be considered accurate. Prices are subject to change without notice and may not be displayed on the website at the same time.
